Has been in the space of HR and Organization Development for 13 years, with primary interest & expertise in architecting and leading Systemic Organizational Transformations, Leadership Development, building effective managerial backbone and Coaching . His overall industry experience is of 20 years, spread across domains of Education, Hospitality, Telecom, Technology Hardware & IT and functions of Sales, Marketing & Brand Management, Process Reengineering and Learning & Organization Development.
Apart from Microsoft, Sheel has worked with Dell, Dishnet Wireless, Club Mahindra, Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd. and Tata InfoTech Ltd. education center.
Studied management at IIM Calcutta, is a graduate in Computer Science from Nagpur University, a Certified Trainer from Singapore Institute of Management, Trained OD Practitioner and a Results Certified Coach (ICF Accredited). He is also an accredited practitioner of key psychometric instruments – Hogan Assessment, Myers Briggs Typology and Insights Discovery (Client Practitioner for Microsoft)
